Brightways Counseling Group, with locations across Oregon, is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Therapist/Consultant to join our dynamic clinical team. This unique dual-role position combines direct client care with clinical consultation, onboarding, and team culture development. You’ll play a key role in shaping a supportive, trauma-informed environment where both clients and clinicians thrive through our 3 C’s: Culture, Connection, and Consultation.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • License in Oregon: Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience
 
Licensure & Location Requirements
    To be eligible for this telehealth position, you must meet both of the following:
 
  • Reside in and hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Indiana, and
  • Be licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon.
    We’re invested in your growth! Contingent upon hire, we’ll cover the cost of your Oregon license, reimbursed after your first 30 days. If you decide to move on within your first 6 months, we just ask that the licensure cost be repaid.
 
Position Details
  • Location: Remote (U.S.-based, work from home)
  • Schedule: A Therapist-Consultant will choose between 20–26 direct service hours per week. In addition, they will schedule 8 support hours per week dedicated to consultation and office culture support.
  • Compensation: Salary is paired with the number of clients scheduled each week. Typical annual earnings range between $77,351–$102,900, depending on caseload and assessments, giving you flexibility and control over your income.
  • Hours: Flexible scheduling based on Pacific Standard Time.
Background Check Requirement
A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check.

 
Key Responsibilities
Consultant Duties
  • Provide individual and group clinical consultations.
  • Support onboarding and engagement of new clinicians.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive work culture through team-building and recognition.
  • Offer crisis consultation and licensure supervision.
  • Organize clinical trainings and community presentations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance clinician support and development.
Clinician Duties
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy using DSM-V diagnoses.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships and individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) to guide care.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethics, and documentation standards.
  • Foster a trauma-informed, culturally responsive care environment.

  • Competitive Pay: Based on services provided; typical annual earnings range between $77,351–$102,900, depending on caseload and assessments.
