Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
  • License in Oregon: LPCA, CSWA, AMFT 
  • Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidenced-based practices for teens or adults.

  • Competitive Compensation Our associates average $91,322 a year, working 4 days a week.  The top associates average $107,650+ a year working 4 days a week.
